Interesting counter proposal to capping executive salaries. I think I dig it, if we can be certain that no loop holes will exist that will allow folks to circumvent the tax, and if the law is broad enough to cover any kind of compensation packages that companies might invent to circumvent the tax.

From Heather Havrilesky over at Salon.com. A beautiful, well crafted writer, but I question her taste in television. I mean, why does she even bother with crap like reality television shows, while never once mentioning anything from the BBC or the CBC? She is, however, well versed in television history, and very fond of making obscure references like the "Narm! Narm!" line from Six Feet Under.
