i donated 35 bucks to WUWM to support their silent fund drive, even though i consider their programming to be substandard.
i am not too fond of WUWM, but that's all we have. too much music, not enough news coverage. milwaukee and the surrounding cities would be better served by having an NPR station dedicated to NPR, PRI, and other public radio programming. relegate the café and Reitman to WUWM2. listen to KUOW or KQED for examples of quality programming schedules. KUOW is the bomb. even WHAD/WPR surpasses WUWM in terms of programming quality.
that said, i appreciate the silent drive, so i want to reward your ingenuity on that front.
